Desiree Alliance
The Desiree Alliance is a diverse, volunteer-based, sex worker-led network of organizations, communities and individuals across the US working in harm reduction, direct services, political advocacy and health services for sex workers. We provide leadership and create space for sex workers and supporters to come together to advocate for human, labour and civil rights for all workers in the sex industry.
Global Network of Sex Work Projects
The NSWP conducts a mix of pro-active and re-active policy advocacy to support human rights and evidence based approaches to female, male and transgendered sex workers and strengthening sex worker communities.

HIPS: Helping Individual Prostitutes Survive
HIPS mission is to assist female, male, and transgender individuals engaging in sex work in Washington, DC in leading healthy lives. Using a harm reduction model, HIPS’ programs strive to address the impact that HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, discrimination, poverty, violence and drug use have on the lives of individuals engaging in sex work.
INCITE
INCITE! Women of Color Against Violence is a national activist organization of radical feminists of color advancing a movement to end violence against women of color and our communities through direction action, critical dialogue, and grassroots organizing.
Sex Workers Project
The Sex Workers Project (SWP) provides legal services and legal training, and engages in documentation and policy advocacy, for sex workers. Using a harm reduction and human rights model, we protect the rights and safety of sex workers who by choice, circumstance, or coercion remain in the industry.
St. James Infirmary
St. James Infirmary offers free, confidential, nonjudgmental medical and social services for sex workers (current or former) of all genders and sexual orientations. We are the first occupational safety and health clinic for sex workers run by and for sex workers!

Streetwise & Safe
Streetwise & Safe (SAS) —also known as SAS—is a project by and for youth of color in New York City that shares the ins & outs, do’s & don’ts, and street politics of police encounters between LGBTQQ youth of color and the police. We stand for and with LGBTQQ and youth with experience trading sex for survival needs.
Young Women’s Empowerment Project
The Young Women’s Empowerment Project is a community based youth lead project that was founded in 2001 by a radical feminst and harm reduction based collective of women and girls involved in the sex trade and street economy and our allies.
